With over a decade of experience in marketing and business leadership, he has played a key role in growing Sunstone from a single location into a multi-location retail brand. Umesh is known for his ability to build high-performing teams, streamline operations, and close major franchise deals. His leadership combines clear vision with practical execution, driving sustained growth and long-term value across the organization.

Salim Samani
For over a decade, Salim Samani has been the strategic force behind the growth of major retail tech ventures. As Co-Founder and CIO of Sunstone Global Ventures, he brings deep expertise in scaling operations, structuring investments, and building long-term partnerships. Known for turning ideas into action and relationships into ecosystems, Salim plays a pivotal role in guiding the company's vision, expansion, and innovation strategy — always leading with clarity, foresight, and heart.

Known for his strong business instincts and operational excellence, AC plays a key role in driving growth and delivering high-quality customer experiences.

Shiraz Dodhia
Shiraz Dodhia brings a proven track record in real estate and a deep understanding of retail operations. Transitioning into the cellphone industry several years ago, he has successfully developed multiple stores from the ground up — overseeing everything from site selection and build-out to launch and ongoing performance. As Chief Development Officer, Shiraz combines strategic vision with hands-on execution to drive Sunstone's expansion and ensure each new location is set up for long-term success.

Bhaskar Gatla
Bhaskar brings over 18 years of telecom experience, having worked with global brands like Nokia, BlackBerry, and HTC in training and market development roles. Since moving to the U.S., he has managed 10+ retail cellphone stores, building deep expertise in operations, team leadership, and customer engagement. At Sunstone Global Ventures, Bhaskar leads business development, strategic partnerships, and innovation initiatives across the retail telecom space.

Dipesh brings over 11 years of experience in sales and customer relations. He previously worked with top MNCs in Nepal, gaining hands-on expertise in sales, marketing, and client engagement. Now based in the U.S., he manages multiple cellphone retail stores, focusing on team leadership, customer service, and business growth.
