OUR STORY
We started with a question: what does it take to build something that lasts?
Sunstone was founded by a group of operators and investors who had spent decades inside the industries they now back. We had built companies, run divisions, and sat on both sides of the table. We knew what founders needed — and we knew how rarely they got it.
The firm was built around a simple conviction: the best venture outcomes come not from chasing the hottest sectors, but from developing deep expertise in a small number of areas and backing the best founders within them. We invest where we have genuine insight — and we stay invested for as long as it takes.
